Foundation: Deep end – bearing pile and pile cap
Superstructure: RCC framed structure with columns and grid beams. The clear height of each floor is 2.85m. A combination of aesthetically done exposed brick masonry and plastered surfaces for super structure.
Plumbing: Concealed plumbing with CPVC pipes (for hot water) and schedule 40 ASTM
Aquagold or equivalent PVC pipes for cold water. All external plumbing lines, soil and waste water lines in PVC pipes.

Frames: All door frames in seasoned hard wood
Shutters: The front door in teakwood, melamine finished with Godrej or equivalent quality lock. All internal doors are painted, moulded paneled. Toilet doors in seasoned hard wood shutter frame and frosted glass.
Water supply: KWA supply / Open-well water. Rainwater harvesting.
Landscaping: Paved drive way and side yards, landscaped garden and children play area.
Lifts: Fully automatic passenger and utility lift.
Swimming Pool: Pool with treatment plant.
Painting
Foyer, living, family living, dining & kitchen: Emulsion over Putty finished internal walls.
Other areas: Two coat emulsion.
