Doors
Frames : All door frames in seasoned hard wood
Shutters: The front door in hard wood melamine finished with Godrej or equivalent quality lock. All internal doors are painted, moulded paneled. Toilet doors in seasoned hard wod, shutter frame and frosted glass.
Sanitary and plumbing
Sanitary fittings : Western style coupled closet with flush cistern. Porcelain washbasin.Allsanitary fitting of ordinary coloured Cera or equivalent. All CP items Jaquar or equivalent.
Plumbing: Concealed plumbing with CPVC pipes(for hot water) and schedule 40 ASTM Aquagold or equivalent PVC pipes for cold water. All external plumbing lines, soil and waste water lines in PVC pipes.
Kitchen sink: One stainless steel sink with drain board of Diamond or equivalent make.
Waste Management
Sewage & Sullage: Anaerobic plant as per KPCB norms
Organic waste: Biogas plant of adequate capacity
