RCC framed structure with columns and grid beams. The clear height of each floor is 2.85 m. Exposed wire-cut brick/terra cotta block masonry neatly pointed for external walls and brick masonry plastered on either sides for internal walls.

Western style coupled closet with PVC twin flush cistern. 20" Porcelain washbasin for all toilets and 22" basin with pedastal for dining. All sanitary fittings in white colour, Cera or equivalent. All CP items Jaquar or equivalent.

Plumbing:

Concealed plumbing with CPVC pipes (for hot water) and PVC pipes for cold water. All external plumbing lines, soil and waste water lines in PVC pipes conforming to ISI norms.

One stainless steel sink with drain board of "Diamond/Prince" or equivalent make

Generator:

Generator with " Kirloskar / Greaves" or equivalent make engine and KEL or equivalent make Alternator. This provides power to light points, fan points, 6amp sockets etc. in each apartment, up to a capacity of 360watts.  A separate changeover switch and MCB is provided for generator in each apartment. The generator also provides power to the elevator, pump and common area lighting.

Water tank:
