Concealed plumbing with CPVC pipes (for hot water) and PVC pipes for cold water. All external plumbing lines, soil and waste water lines in PVC pipes conforming to ISI norms.

Generator:





Generator with " Kirloskar / Greaves" or equivalent make engine and KEL or equivalent make Alternator. This provides power to light points, fan points, 6amp sockets etc. in each apartment, up to a capacity of 360watts.  A separate changeover switch and MCB is provided for generator in each apartment. The generator also provides power to the elevator, pump and common area lighting.

Water tank:
