Design

"Good Earth At Kottaym" is set on a picture book perfect location extending close to 8 acres on a hill side. The development with least impact on the land profile will house 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury villas and bungalows in plots ranging from 5 cents to 12 cents. The houses will have built up area varying from 1245 Sq ft to 2330 Sq ft or if more, with an option of customization. The unique designer homes constructed with a combination of rubble, terracotta blocks and plastered surfaces will seamlessly integrate with the finely crafted landscapes.

Courtyard Typology: All villas in the developmnt are designed with a semi open courtyard accessible either from the living or dining areas. The patio in between merges the exteriors with the interiors.

Layout Plan

Good Earth at Kottayam is planned as a community of 52 villas in 3 phases. Phase 1, located in the valley, consists of 25 villas of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom types. Individual plots measure from 5.5 cents to 9 cents with an option to scale to 10 cents or more by joining two adjoining plots.

Phase 1 of the development in itself is a self contained one with security, 7 m wide internal main roads and 5 m wide peripheral roads, Central park, children's park, guests' vehicle parking bay, amphitheatre and other common areas. Entry to Phase 1 will be from the road that originates from KK Road, opposite to Cadbury India. The distance from KK Road is close to just 400 meters!

Standard villa designs for the Phase 2, which comes on the upper terrain, has a built up area ranging from 1870 Sq ft to 2330 Sq ft. As we stated earlier, there's an option for combining two plots and there will be a minimum built up area which will be above 2500 Sq ft., varied according to plot sizes. In such instances, a customised villa shall be designed exclusively for the client, retaining the unique elements of the development.
