PROJECT MANAGER:
Capable of executing a project with quality while being sensitive to green design.
Showing creative passion to use innovative and cost effective alternatives
Should be hands-on person with effective communication and coordination skills, through all levels from professional consultants labour contractors.
An interest in environmental issues, craft, and a passion for the process.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in project execution.
Qualification: Bachelor of civil / electrical engineering or bachelor of architecture with
knowledge of applying Project management tools.

PROJECT ARCHITECT:
Should be capable of managing a team of managing a team of architects.
Capable of project coordination and follow up with various functions.
Should have an eye for detail, and practical knowledge of the process
An interest in environmental issues, craft, and a passion for the process.
Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in as a project architect.
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture.

HEAD SALES AND MARKETING:
Capable of setting up a small sales team to market and create awareness about Good Earth. Uphold the values of sincerity and forthrightness which have built the brand to what it is today. Should have good writing and communication skills, and be able to team work with other functions. An interest in environment and human relations.
Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in the real estate sector.
Qualification: MBA with specialization in marketing and a bachelor of architecture or civil engineering.
